What to expect
The Taking Textiles Further courses are bespoke experiences designed by Alysn for participants of Taking Textiles Further only in the UK. 2 x 2 day workshops can be taken separately or combine your achievements to create a final piece. You will have the choice of whether to use hand or machine stitching, or no stitch at all! The sessions are aimed at you if you have at least a little background in textiles or mixed media arts, but do not assume any prior knowledge or skills. We all share our ideas, skills, materials and support each other at all stages. Have fun, enjoy time together, learn lots and leave with inspiration to ‘Take Textiles Further’!
