Shipping:
Flat rate shipping within New Zealand is Via NZ Post and is calculated at checkout based on address and parcel size/weight.
We aim to send your order the day we receive payment, and you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 working days. Orders to rural addresses may take up to 4 working days.
International shipping is calculated by destination, weight and size of parcel.
If for any reason an item you have ordered is out of stock we will endeavour to order the product and get it to you ASAP. If there is going to be a delay in you receiving your items you will be contacted.
Returns:
Change of mind: We cannot accept returns due to change of mind. However see our guarantee below for any possible product faults.
Guarantee:
If you receive a faulty item or a fault develops in an item you have purchased, please contact us. We will give you a replacement or refund upon return of the original product.
Postage costs to return the item will not be refunded.
