  • Despatch Times

We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours but as a small, specialist supplier this may not be possible at times of high demand.

At any time we may be temporarily out of stock of an item, and we can also occasionally experience difficulty in obtaining even quite run-of-the-mill products. If this is likely to cause a delay we will notify you. When appropriate, orders will be part supplied and we will place items we cannot immediately supply on Back Order, to be despatched as soon as possible. The total carriage charged for all parcels despatched as part of any one order will not exceed the maximum charge as shown for that country.

PLEASE NOTE: We aim to despatch orders as soon as possible using the method requested by you, the customer.   Once the order has passed into the hands of the courier, the length of time taken for delivery is out of our control.   We will, of course, do everything we can to trace delayed orders, but we cannot be held responsible for delays within the distribution system.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
